“Excuse me sirs, do you have anything to declare?”
In 1969 when the Apollo 11 astronauts returned from the moon they filled out the customs form below (no joke) to declare their travel itinerary and cargo.
Interestingly enough Armstrong, Aldrin, and Collins were not required to complete this form but did so on their own, presumably to be marveled at by future generations such as ours. The whole thing is the stuff of great 1960s-era science fiction, especially their response to whether or not there was a condition aboard which might lead to the spread of disease: “to be determined.” Not to worry, the trio were simply having a bit of fun and thanks to NASA’s protocol they were quarantined for three weeks following their arrival to earth.
