When you stop and think about it, evolutionary science is pretty amazing stuff. On one hand you’re dealing with infinitely complex systems that are constantly changing to adapt to myriad elements of the environment in which they exist. On the other hand you have enormously long periods of time over which these systems are constantly changing. Combine these two elements and you have a living matrix of possibilities that has ebbed and flowed, morphing over hundreds-of-millions of years. Add into that mix the oh-so-popular autotune (its not just for the news anymore) and you have the kind of science video that’s right at the level my kids would enjoy.
