Marshall is the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President at Catalina Marketing Corporation, directly accountable for Catalina’s worldwide strategy, operating performance, business transformation, revenue delivery, and customer experience. He oversees a diverse, talented workforce of nearly 300 employees across the U.S., Europe, and Costa Rica who are responsible for delivering billions of highly targeted consumer offers that drive more than $600 billion in purchase value annually.
Prior to this role, Marshall held various leadership positions in general management, client service, operations, product leadership, and marketing at companies such as Aimia, Experian Marketing Services, and Nielsen.
Earlier in his career Marshall held leadership roles at publicly traded industry leading companies, as well as successfully launching and exiting a series of start-up technology companies.
He earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has also studied global leadership and management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU) – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as artificial intelligence at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He is a lifetime member of Mensa International, having joined the organization in 2001.
Marshall lives in the Chicago area with his wife of nearly 20 years, his two teenage daughters, and his small but mighty Yorkie, Milo.
